Bahar Ansari grew up in business. Her family ran businesses, and she learned early how much of a company's survival comes down to the things people don't see coming. A contract. A partnership. A decision made without the right advice. She built a career around protecting that.

An attorney, business strategist, and founder with nearly 14 years of experience in business, startup, and corporate law, Bahar has been recognized by Forbes and Law.com and named one of the top six women changing the legal industry as we know it.

Bahar holds a Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School, cum laude, with a concentration in business law, and an LL.M. from UCLA in Tax and International & Comparative Law. She earned her bachelor's degree in journalism with a minor in business administration from California State University, Fullerton. She is a California-licensed attorney.

Throughout her career, Bahar has helped founders and companies of every stage, from startups and growing businesses to international founders establishing themselves in the U.S., navigate contracts, structure, and the legal side of building something that lasts. Her approach goes beyond legal counsel, giving clients the strategic insight to grow with confidence.
