The Company provides legal information, case preparation, and filing support.
We do not guarantee visa approval.

2. No Guarantee of Results
Immigration decisions are made solely by the U.S. government (USCIS, DOS, CBP).
Approval depends on:

Your qualifications

Your evidence
-
Government review
No employee, agent, or representative of the Company can promise or guarantee approval.

3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide truthful, complete, and accurate information

Submit requested documents on time

Review all filings before submission
-
Notify us immediately of any changes to your status, employment, or travel
Providing false or misleading information may result in denial or legal consequences.

4. Fees & Payments
All fees are:

Quoted before payment

Non-refundable once work begins
Payment plans (installments) require timely payment.
Failure to complete payments may pause or terminate services.
USCIS filing fees, premium processing fees, translation fees, and government fees are not included unless stated.

5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of immigration services:

No refunds once work has begun

No refunds for government denials, delays, or RFEs
If the Company cancels before work begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

6. Client Communications
You consent to receive:

Email

SMS

Appointment reminders
-
Filing updates
You are responsible for checking your email and responding promptly.

7. Confidentiality
We will treat your information as confidential and use it only for immigration and case-related purposes, except where required by law.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:

Payments are not made

False information is provided

You fail to cooperate or respond
No refunds will be issued after termination.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for:

Government delays

Denials
-
RFEs
-
Policy changes
-
Lost opportunities due to immigration outcomes
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
