Criteria

There are a few criteria that go into preparing your Petition.

EB-1C Criteria 

 

You must meet all criteria.

Recognized Relationship

There must be a recognized relationship between the business in a foreign country and a business in the United States. This can be a parent, affiliate, subsidiary or branch relationship.

Doing Business

The company must be doing business in the United States for at least one year, as well as continued business in a foreign country.

One-Year Employment

The employee must also have worked for the foreign business for at least 3 continuous years during the preceding three years in a Managerial or Executive capacity.
