If you have won an international award or raised venture capital, then you meet this criterion.
If you are a member of a distinguished organization or have gone through an accelerator, then you meet this criterion.
If you have participated as a Judge at a competition in your field, then you meet this criterion.
If you get coverage in major media, then you meet this criterion.
If you've authored & published scholarly articles, then you meet this criterion.
If you have created or invented something new; an original technology or have a patent, then you meet this criterion.
If you have been employed by a distinguished organization in an essential capacity, then you meet this criterion.
If you have a significantly high salary or have significant equity in a VC backed company, then you meet this criterion.
