3. Judging
People who qualify for this criteria have participated as a judge (individually or as a part of a panel) evaluating the work of others.
4. Media
People who qualify for this criteria have published material in professional/major trade publications or major media about the alien and relating to the alien's work field.
5. Original Contributions
If you have created or invented something new; an original technology or have a patent, then you will win this criterion.
6. Scholarly Articles
People who meet this criterion have authored scholarly articles in professional journals or other major media.
7. Critical Employment
People who qualify for this criteria can demonstrate they've held a leading role within an organization/establishment with a distinguished reputation.
8. High Income
If you have a significantly high salary or have significant equity in a VC-backed company, then this category is for you.
